If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may cancel your account within fifteen (15) days of the submission of your Order Form and receive a full refund of any service charges, excluding set-up, payment processing and domain name registration fees. You shall be under no further obligations. For security, all cancellation requests must be by the primary contact person on the account who shall provide sufficient customer identification information. Any cancellation request shall be effective upon receipt. Policy does not apply to additional services such as overages, extra disk space, additional e-mail accounts, etc.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by COZOMO for violating our Terms of Services & Acceptable Usage Policy or other Service Policies do not qualify for the 15-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, warez, you will not be given any refund.
